WEST WALTHAMSTOW PARTNERSHIP (WWP)

West Walthamstow Partnership (WWP) was formed in 2018 by the Headteachers of five local schools - three primary and two secondary: Stoneydown, Coppermill, Barn Croft, Willowfield and Kelmscott. Now joined by the FANS alliance of Low Hall and Churchfield Nursery Schools. 

The partnership shows our commitment to working alongside each other, rather than in competition, for the benefit of our pupils, our staff and our families. All schools are fully committed to providing our pupils with a rounded curriculum and to serving our local communities.

To date we have:

• set up networks for safeguarding leads, school business managers, governors and subject leaders

• delivered a series of annual joint whole-day INSET on developing vocabulary, maths, safe guarding and wellbeing, which involved all teachers from each of the schools working together

• devised inter-school curriculum projects

• have shared best practice on pastoral care including the Sollihul and Berry Street approaches
